Watery Windswept Editorials

The Tank Magazine Shore Line Photoshoot is Gusty

The Tank Magazine Shore Line editorial will be featured in the Spring/Summer 2014 issue of the fashion publication. The Shore Line title fits in well with images of model Stephanie Hall who is showcased in each picture before a sandy beach and light blue waves.

Stylist Sara Gilmour paired the beach setting with light monochromatic outfits, each one billowing in the wind as Hall posed while clad head to toe in creamy dresses and oversize silk coats.

Adding an unexpected edge to Shore Line was make-up artist Bea Sweet's incorporation of metallic nails. This choice added a punch to the otherwise soft, subdued collection of pastel shades and airy fabrics. Matching this edgy juxtaposition was Gilmour's unusual inclusion of a long black cloak, certainly a far cry from typical summertime apparel.
