Perfect for game day, the new Tailgate Bowl is a hearty dish that pairs will be an ice cold beer (or two). The new dish starts with a homemade potato hash smothered with a scratch-made creamy cheese sauce and topped with a blend of Johnsonville Beer Bratwurst sausages, spicy dragon onions, mushrooms, and roasted hatch green chiles. To complete the meal, guests can pair their Tailgate Bowl with Miller Lite drafts for just $3. As Gregg Majewski, Chief Executive Officer at Genghis Grill, describes the new offering, “It’s tailgate season, and half the fun is the delicious food and a perfect draft beer. Our chef-curated bowl blends all the classic American flavors you’d expect from game-time but with a uniquely Genghis twist."
