After a successful launch at its Southern California locations, Jimboy’s is finally bringing its Tahoe XL Burrito to participating outlets in Northern California and Nevada.
According to Jimboy's Director of Marketing Dina Guillen, the new Tahoe XL Burrito is the "menu innovation [that] allows us to deliver our guests the bigger portions they’ve been searching for." With 50 percent more rice, beans, and meat that the chain's standard Tahoe Burrito, the Tahoe XL Burrito is truly not for those with small stomachs. In addition to the Spanish rice and slow-cooked beans, the supersized burrito is also stuffed with pico de gallo, grated cheese, and sour cream. Guests can also add a protein of their choice, such as Jimboy’s signature seasoned ground beef, grilled chicken, shredded beef, carnitas, or shrimp.
