I recently came across this mesmerizing video and thought I'd post it in honor of the Olympics. Instead of synchronized swimming or synchronized diving, what we have here is synchronized motorcycling! Naturally, it's not really an Olympic event, but with this many riders, I imagine such a performance would require a lot of practice.

Not much background information seems to be available, but according to, the Rome police performed this amazing display as part of their police anniversary.

Implications - The unusual law enforcement celebration is a testament to the value the Italian nation places on presentation, style and panache, as tourists and locals look the nation as stylistic exemplars that set the pace for all things fashionable.
