Swoop Ice Cream Has 30-Grams of Protein Per Pint

— January 21, 2026 — Lifestyle
Swoop Ice Cream is a series of indulgent frozen treats crafted with the signature taste and texture of ice cream in mind, but with an athletic performance-driven recipe.

The ice cream features 30-grams of protein from whey in each pint and is made with clean ingredients to give it a nutritious formulation that consumers can feel good about. This includes avocado oil with sweetness from coconut nectar with no refined sugar, sugar alcohols, allulose, stevia or GMOs in the mix. The certified Kosher ice creams are arriving at Target in five flavors including Vanilla Surge, Mighty Mint Chip, Peanut Butter Chip Blitz, Chocolate Charge and Jumpin' Java Chip.

Co-Founder Meghan Dowd spoke on Swoop Ice Cream saying, "Ice cream brings people joy. With Swoop, enjoying a daily indulgence doesn’t have to mean compromising your health goals. We deliver indulgence with nutrition, and we’re excited to bring Swoop to Target shoppers nationwide.”
