The SwitchBot Lock Vision Series smart deadbolt locks are being touted as the world's first locks with facial recognition technology to help optimize ease of access for authorized users. The lock range includes the SwitchBot Lock Vision alongside the SwitchBot Lock Vision Pro, which both have 3D structured light facial recognition technology to unlock with a glance like many smartphones. The locks also incorporate a number of alternative methods for access like physical keys, app control, NFC cards, voice assistants, passwords, smartwatches, geo-fencing auto-unlock features and more.
The SwitchBot Lock Vision Series smart deadbolt locks make use of the DualPower and DualBackup systems that will offer up to 12 months of use per charge. The locks use a CR123A battery for backup to support up to 500 emergency unlocks, if required.
