At Expo East 2023, Sweet Tahini unveiled oat milk frozen desserts with tahini and unique flavors like Cardamom Pistachio and Cinnamon Date. These indulgent non-dairy desserts made with sesame butter are said to be rich and nutty in terms of taste, as well as supremely creamy.
“We know that everybody understands tahini is a key ingredient in hummus and is used in a savory sauce for falafel, but we wanted to show that in the Middle East, we use tahini in so many sweet products, like halva,” said Founder Hila Krikov.
