Homegrown Hot Sauce Ranges

SugarBun Borneo Asian Food Unveiled Momporok Chili Hot Sauces

SugarBun Bornea Asian Foods launched a range of homegrown hot sauces. The sauces' key ingredient is the momporok chili from Kunak, Sabah. Dubbed the Sabasco Hot Sauce, SugarBu's new flavors are inspired by the local Sabah chili condiment, which is always available on dine-in tables at various eateries.

Sabasco boasts a tangy, sweet, and spicy flavor and aims to enhance any meal. Upon its online launch event, the makers of Sabasco featured a mini-documentary to outline the story of how the delicious Asian-inspired sauce came to be. The range of hot sauce includes two flavor profiles: Original and Sweet & Spicy. Both sauces are available for online purchase throughout SugarBun and Pezzo outlets across Malaysia.
