The straws feature a biodegradable design that is achieved thanks to pasta that will hold its shape for more than an hour in cold drinks and can be disposed of in organic matter receptacles. The straws are perfectly edible thanks to the recipe that includes only water and Italian durum wheat semolina to let users rest assured they aren't harmful to their health.
The 'Stroodles' will decompose in just one day, which is even better than paper alternatives that take about a month, while plastic options take hundreds of years.
