First up is the new Strawberries and Kreme Donut, which is a shell donut dipped in strawberry icing and stuffed with a dual filling of strawberry and Kreme. The other brand-new donut is the new Hershey's Double Chocolate Donut, which is an Original Glazed donut dipped in rich Hershey's milk chocolate icing and a topping of chocolate-flavored buttercreme.

As for the returning flavors, you can expect to find the fruity Banana Pudding Donut and the Original Glazed Blueberry Cake Donut.

Seasonal Limited-time Flavors
The rise of seasonal collections creates shifting demand patterns that favor agile small-batch production and time-limited exclusives capable of driving store traffic and social buzz.
Dual-flavor Fillings
Combining multiple fillings and icings in a single pastry opens pathways for hybrid flavor engineering and modular manufacturing approaches that increase perceived value without proportional cost increases.
Branded Co-branded Offerings
Collaborations with recognizable chocolate and confectionery brands enable menu differentiation through licensed formulations and co-marketing that can extend reach into new customer segments.

Who This Affects Most

Quick-service Bakery Chains
Bakery and donut chains stand to gain from modular menu architectures and localized seasonal assortments that can optimize inventory turnover and create recurring excitement among repeat customers.
Food Ingredient and Flavor Suppliers
Suppliers of fillings, icings, and flavor concentrates could capitalize on demand for ready-to-use dual fillings and stable fruit analogs designed for shelf life, consistency, and ease of integration.
Food Packaging and Point-of-sale Tech
Innovations in single-serve packaging, freshness indicators, and in-store display tech have potential to enhance impulse purchases and preserve delicate seasonal items during peak selling windows.
