Artist Tara Donovan unveils her latest work in New York's Pace Gallery where she unveils the Stratagems exhibition. She is known for working with lifestyle objects and transforming them into artwork. The new exhibition follows the same language as there are 11 towering sculptures which are made from thousands of used CDs.
It takes over the 7th floor at the gallery where the large windows invite natural light into the space and reflect off of the towers. It measures about 7-10 feet in height which creates its own spirling look. Each of the towers is made up of thousands of discs that hold various data -- this includes movies, software trials, games, and music which have been collected by Donovan.
