Stona Grinder was created by German designer Florian Auer to bring back traditional methods of cooking in a versatile device. The kitchen appliance functions as a mortar, a grinder, and a grater and is ideal for herbs, dried flowers, and soft spices.
Stona Grinder uses over 900 razor-sharp microblades to allow users to choose how finely they want the finished product to be. The kitchen gadget has two interchangable grating plates for fine grinds or medium grinds and features an air-tight sealed storage chamber to keep unused products fresh. Stona also includes a secret storage chamber for individuals wishing to keep their herbs safe. The easy to clean device is made from wood, space grade anodized aluminum, and glass, ensuring it is completely recyclable and non-toxic.
