To develop the innovative new bike, the Swedish startup created its own process called StilFold, which utilizes robotic arms to fold pieces of recycled steel into a full-fledged bike chassis. Because of this unique technique, Stilride's production process requires significantly fewer elements, making this product notably more sustainable than other bikes on the market.
As of right now, the 'Stilride SUS1' is still in production. The model that was revealed by the company is a close-to-finished prototype. However, even this early version boasts an impressive amount of power for an all-electric scooter; the prototype has reached top speeds of 60 mph with a max range of 75 mph.
