This desk lamp is a steampunk crossbreed of an Imperial Scout Walker (AT-ST) and a steam engine, hence the designation AT-SP.
It is a heavy all brass construction with lots of details, including countless tiny bolts and rivets, electrically etched ornaments and scavenged parts. Chemical blackening gives it a strange dark blueish hue, contrasted with shining polished brass components and sanded edges. It contains a 12 W spot bulb and a rotary dimmer switch. The articulation is functional, allowing for different configurations, with one leg freely movable and the other holding the wires.
It stands about one foot tall on a shiny wooden base that also contains the DC jack. If your desk is contaminated with ewoks, you certainly need this!
