Designer Anthony Glasson has unveiled a new 275-foot trimaran superyacht concept inspired by the USS Enterprise from the popular sci-fi media franchise Star Trek. Anthony Glasson spoke about the inspiration for the superyacht, saying: "The exterior styling inspiration was only realized once finished: I had been watching the first season of Star Trek and unconsciously designed a yacht that resembles the original Enterprise."
The superyacht design has an all-aluminum hull made for functionality, consisting of a courtyard concept located on the sundeck with an open roof, a hot tub, a bar, comfy sofas, a full gym, and a day lounge. The bridge deck has an owner's office and day lounge, and the upper deck has an open-plan main lounge, a bar, and a dining room with panoramic views. As for the main deck, it features a beach club, a hot tub, and living quarters. The superyacht can hold 12 guests with an owner's suite and seven guest cabins. In addition, according to Anthony Glasson, the superyacht is made for adventuring and equipped with a hybrid propulsion system that ranges 5,000 nautical miles.
