Sri Lankan Flight Menus

British Airways Pairs Hoppers Dishes with Colombo Flights

British Airways is bringing a Hoppers-created Sri Lankan meal to Club World travelers on its new Colombo service, giving business-class passengers a route-specific dining option from 23 October 2026. The limited-run collaboration with the London restaurant group builds destination-led dining into the cabin.

The menu includes Kalupol-spiced chicken and a Watalappam bread pudding, pulling recognizable Hoppers flavors into an onboard format. At London Gatwick, the British Airways Club Lounge adds a Ceylon Pearl made with Tanqueray Rangpur gin, so the Sri Lanka theme starts before boarding.

A Hoppers menu on a single Colombo route turns catering into a form of curation, giving British Airways a concrete route-level differentiator inside Club World. The Gatwick lounge drink extends that idea to the ground experience, where destination-led food partnerships can shape what premium flyers expect before takeoff.
