Spotify Pumped Creates Personalized HIIT Workouts

Spotify launched a new personalized HIIT workout service called Spotify Pumped that helps fitness lovers create their own workouts by answering a few questions. Available to Spotify and non-Spotify users alike, Spotify Pumped lets users determine their own intensity levels, the kind of music they'd like to work out to, or even a coach that they'd like to have in their corner. For Spotify Pumped, Spotify worked with some of the most popular podcasters on its platform so that their voices help to offer encouragement to HIIT participants.

The personalized fitness experience makes it easy for people to work out for 15 minutes or 20 minutes and get guidance every step of the way with animated trainers. Knowing that people are spending more time indoors and have had to get creative with their workouts, Spotify created a service to offer even more guidance and inspiration.
