Separating garments when washing them in a laundry machine is commonplace but somewhat inefficient, so the conceptual 'Split Drum' washing machine has bee designed as an appliance that does away with this requirement.
Designed by Wanki Kim, the washing machine features a drum that is split into three sections that can be used for keeping colors, darks and lights separated during wash cycles. The dividers can be easily removed when larger items or loads need to be washed.
The conceptual 'Split Drum' washing machine is efficiency focused, but also inherently stylish with a frosted glass door on the front. This makes the appliance suitable for placement in smaller homes out in the open instead of needing to be hidden away.
