The last and most anticipated chicken sandwich is the "spiciest" ghost pepper McChicken, set to launch on February 26th. It features the same components that make up the classic sandwich but is finished with a creamy ghost pepper sauce. All three iterations of the new spicy McChickens are only available up to March 11th.
