Jalapeño-Infused White Wines

Invivo X and SJP Partnered for the Spicy Jalapeño Sauvignon Blanc

The New Zealand-based Invivo Winery and Sarah Jessica Parker have partnered for the Spicy Jalapeño Sauvignon Blanc to help satisfy consumer demand for social media-inspired alcohol products. The wine comes in response to the popularity of consumers putting slices of jalapeño into their white wine on TikTok as a way to transform the libation into an even more summery drink option. The wine is made using New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc grapes and has been naturally infused with jalapeño and chili extracts to achieve a crisp taste profile with tropical notes and a spiciness that builds in a controlled way.

Parker herself commented on the Invivo X SJP Spicy Jalapeño Sauvignon Blanc wine saying, "We wanted a wine with a little bit of heat, but never at the expense of the wine itself. It had to be something we'd genuinely want to pour for friends and have on our own table.”
