SPAR Money Transfers Require a One-Time Registration

The SPAR Money Transfers service allows the grocery chain's shoppers to conveniently send and receive money after a one-time registration and is South Africa's largest money transfer network.

The Instant Money service can be accessed at the retailer's locations nationwide and simply requires shoppers to send and receive money at the till. While other services require bank account info or an ID for received money, SPAR Money Transfers take those extra steps out of the equation -- instead only requiring a voucher number and pin, accessed through an accompanying mobile app.

To access cash, shoppers will receive a pin and voucher number for SPAR staff, and can then share that info with their bank, instantly gaining access to funds in a quick and convenient way.
