Currently a special at The Carving Board restaurant in Los Angeles, the Spaghetti and Meatballwich is a sliced beef meatball sandwich with 'bread' made out of parmesan and spaghetti noodles, lots of melted mozzarella cheese and garlic basil marinara sauce. It also comes with a side of french fries and more marinara for dipping.
