The Sony PlayStation Gaming Monitor has been announced by Sony Interactive Entertainment (SIE) as a peripheral engineered to support optimal gameplay with the namesake video game console. The monitor measures in at 27-inches and has been developed to accommodate players who are in search of a way to enjoy their favorite game titles outside of the living room. The monitor features a Quad High Definition (QHD) IPS panel to support comfortable viewing and also boasts High Dynamic Range (HDR) with Auto HDR Tone Mapping to optimize the image quality when being set up.
The Sony PlayStation Gaming Monitor is paired with a Charging Hook in the lower section that will work with the DualSense or DualSense Edge wireless controller. The monitor is slated to receive a US and Japan launch in 2026.
