3D glasses may become a thing of the past if the Sony 3D headset ever makes it to the market. Sony’s new 3D headset is designed to blow any pair of 3D glasses out of the water with its dual OLED displays and integrated surround sound.
Currently the Sony 3D headset is just a workable prototype. Sony Executive Deputy President Hiroshi Yoshioka actually wore them while playing Gran Turismo 5 which also makes them PS3 compatible!
