T0SCO, a company specializing in solventless extraction and purification technology, has announced a strategic collaboration with High Tide Industries, a licensed cannabis manufacturer in New Jersey. This venture will bring the former's proprietary extraction platform to the state.
Through this partnership, High Tide Industries will integrate T0SCO’s solventless extraction technology into its existing manufacturing facility, which will enable the production of cannabinoid and terpene inputs that are created without chemical solvents. The arrangement allows High Tide to manufacture solventless concentrates and ingredients for its own in-house brands as well as for third-party brand partners.
Ultimately, the goal of the partnership between T0SCO and High Tide Industries is to deliver consistent chemical profiles while eliminating solvents from the production process. Initial production is slated to begin in early Q2 2026, with commercial products expected to reach the market in Q3 of that year.
