The Betty Crocker Soft Baked Cookie Mix range has been expanded by the brand to focus on fresh, fruit-forward flavors to work well for consumers craving a touch of warm weather inspiration this winter.
The baking mix range now features the limited-edition Lemon Crinkle and Strawberry Mist flavor options, which each come packed in pouches to allow for easy preparation. The treats also feature vibrant hues with yellow for the Lemon Crinkle and a bright pink for the Strawberry Mist to help offset them from the Christmas season's red and green color scheme.
