Sober Curious Events

Club SÖDA NYC are Creating a Movement for the Sober Curious

Club SÖDA NYC (Sober Or Debating Abstinence) hosts sober curious events, "designed to bring together people who enjoy being high on life, and nothing more. This is a full-fledged movement, with a book written by Ruby Warrington (co-founder of Club SÖDA NYC), a podcast, a vast social media presence, and an event series and retreat.

The sober curious movement comes as more Millennials and Gen Z opt-in for an alcohol-free lifestyle, whether it is for health reasons or addiction. The book written by Ruby Warrington offers "an eye-opening new way to think about our relationship with alcohol."

It is important to note that Sober Curious is NOT an addiction recovery program, although it is a welcoming space and can be used as a stepping stone to AA for some individuals.
