The Sleep ++ app tracks both restless and restful sleep to help users best understand their quality of sleep. It uses technology to understand health and motion monitoring using one's Apple Watch to track the duration and the quality of sleep.
This aids users in better understanding how they're sleeping to alter routines to benefit the process. There are two modes of the app -- Automatic and Manual. The Automatic mode works overnight, where users wear their Apple Watch throughout the duration of their sleep to get a deep analysis and report about the restfulness and time. The Manual mode gives users a more precise report, recording the end and the start time of sleep. It also integrates the Apple Health App to merge activity data together.
