Shuellas are basically umbrellas for your shoes. They're designed for those times when you go about wearing your best leather shoes and then it starts to rain. They slip on over your shoes to protect them in inclement weather.
They come in regular shoe sizes and can be worn over any size heel.
Implications - Staying dry with an umbrella isn't 100% effective. So, rather than coming out with just parasols, fashion designers are creating ways to present different waterproof items that keep certain parts of the body dry. These protectors are a prime example of how brands cleverly combine style and functionality to bring consumers something that's both fun and convenient at the same time.
