For an artist who refers to himself as SHOUT, Alessandro's Gottordo creates work that is rather quiet. What I mean by that is that the work is never in danger of overwhelming the viewer; each of Gottordo's illustrations radiate a serene, yet powerful, beauty.
The Italian-based artist is celebrating his career by releasing a book of his best work; a greatest hits, so to speak. Most of the book's contents are privately-commissioned illustrations, done within the past four years, that have never been publicly released. Just shy of 200 pages, the book will contain 142 images in total.
Fans of the artist will be happy to have a glossy coffee table book with all of his work compiled inside.
