The Sharp AQUOS R7 smartphone has been announced by the brand as its first flagship device powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 mobile platform. The smartphone features a dazzling 6.6-inch IGZO OLED display that supports a 240Hz refresh rate and boasts a punch hole 12MP selfie camera. The smartphone runs the Android 12 operating system, while 12GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage space to support the needs of pro users.
The Sharp AQUOS R7 smartphone is paired with a 47MP main camera along with a one-inch image sensor and even a seven-element Leica lens. The device also boasts a 1.9MP portrait lens for snapping premium shots of subjects. The smartphone will launch in Japan in July with no information related to pricing yet available.
