Featuring a six-inch QHD+ resolution display, the smartphone is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 processor along with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage. Users can take advantage of the integrated microSD card slot to add up to 400GB of additional storage, while the 3,130 mAh battery pack will provide ample hours of usage.

The Sharp AQUOS R2 smartphone is outfitted with a 16MP front-facing camera for snapping selfies, while the rear dual-camera system has two lenses with 16MP and 22MP ratings, respectively.
