"She said..." is the name of a sensual still life series created by photographer Jess Bonham and set designer Anna Lomax. It was inspired by an incident in Jess' apartment building. He describes a mass email that went out, “It was posted out to the tenants of Anna’s building and was an apology about a previous ‘client’ from this woman’s sideline dominatrix business causing some havoc in the building one weekend."
But instead of feeling negative about it, he decided to team up with Anna in order to create a sensual still life series that invited people to explore and feel more open about such taboo situations. They are filled with textures and objects that are full of innuendos.
