Salmon Bacon is one of the newest offerings from direct-to-consumer seafood brand Secret Island Salmon and it continues the brand's mission to make sustainable seafood accessible to all. Coho Salmon Bacon is made in small batches through a process of light curing and smoking with native hardwood and sea salt. The resulting seafood bacon strips are ready to be used for breakfasts, salads and sandwiches. These strips are flash-frozen at peak freshness and the individual keto-friendly, GMO-free and omega-rich salmon slices are perfectly sized for individual servings.
