Seasonal Smoked Brisket

Chipotle Brings Back Its Mesquite-Smoked Beef to U.S. and Canada

Seasonal smoked brisket is returning to Chipotle as the restaurant chain brings its popular mesquite-smoked beef back for football season. Available beginning November 5 across the United States and Canada, the limited-time offering gives customers another protein option for game-day meals and gatherings.

Prepared using responsibly raised beef, the brisket is slowly smoked over mesquite wood before being seared, seasoned, and coated in a savory chili sauce. Restaurant employees then chop it into smaller portions throughout the day. Chipotle is also promoting a brisket burrito bowl containing 45 grams of protein and 11 grams of fiber.

For Chipotle, the return creates opportunities to attract customers familiar with the previously popular offering. A temporary delivery promotion and collaborations with food creators could further encourage digital orders, strengthen customer engagement, and increase interest during the football season.
