The Sapsucker Hard sparkling vodka cocktail is being launched by the brand to offer consumers with a functional refreshment that doesn't skimp on flavor. The drink is made with sparkling vodka tree water that has been infused with the flavor of lime for its The Lime Vodka One and is reported to contain 46 naturally occurring minerals, antioxidants and vitamins. The drink maintains an effervescent profile with a 4% ABV and 110-calories per can, and is positioned as a better-for-you alternative to existing ready-to-drink (RTD) canned cocktails on the market.

The Sapsucker Hard sparkling vodka cocktail was explained further by Founder Nancy Chapman who said, "While offerings in the space continue to expand, consumers have expressed a desire to explore beverages which have unique flavour profiles – not another typical vodka soda. Sapsucker listened, and we are excited to bring to market a delicious, sustainably-focused product that’s completely new to consumers.”
