For the first time, Samsung Experience retail stores are coming to New York, Texas and California -- enabling consumers to check out the tech brand's latest releases hands-on, purchase them there, and receive customer support. Should they encounter any problems with their Samsung device, consumers can take advantage of walk-in repair services as well.
With the company expanding its product line to include more tablets, TVs, wearable devices, and SmartThings, the Samsung Experience stores will help to highlight a diverse range of offerings, bringing more awareness to them and showing consumers how they could benefit from their integration.
As YH Eom, the President and CEO of Samsung Electronics America explains, "Our new Samsung Experience Stores are spaces to experience and see Samsung technology brought to life, to empower people to do what they never thought was possible before. We want to build a ‘playground’ for Samsung fans — a place to learn about and try out all of the amazing new products we have to offer."
