Glow's Ruby App Helps Women Get Insights on Intimate Health Issues

Although Glow Inc. already offers standalone applications for tracking ovulation, menstrual cycles, male fertility and preparing for a pregnancy, the Ruby app is new to the Glow family with a focus on sexual health.

This app was designed for women who want the tools to be empowered and informed about everything from safe intercourse to birth control, contraception, ovulation, fertility and patterns unique to their individual health. The all-in-one app for women serves as a log to record instances of intimate activity with a partner, mood and symptoms. Since problems in the body are not restricted to a single area of the body, the app also supplies places to input data on sleep, fitness and other activities in the same way that the original Glow app allows.

For additional support, the app also features built-in community forums to inspire discussions on health and wellness.
