A Swiss startup by the name of RowBro has launched an eponymous rowing machine that is designed to make it easier than ever for people who want to gain the benefits of rowing from the comfort of their own home, but don't necessarily have a cavernous space in which to stash a conventional machine.
This highly compact rowing machine eschews the typical steel frame of rowing machines you might see in the gym, which is why it weighs in at a scarcely believable 12 kg. The machine can simply be situated in a doorway with the telescoping bar braced against the door frame. Once the guide rail and seat are attached, users can seat themselves and get their row on.
This rowing machine also comes with a companion app for better performance-tracking, while a magnetic resistance system keeps the noise down and ensures your neighbours aren't disturbed.
