RosettaStone™ has found a way to ensure that a person’s legacy can live on with their new Technology Enhanced Memorial Products. With the purchase of a Memorial RosettaStone Tablet, wireless technology can easily be added to any monument.
A Memorial RosettaStone Tablet is a 2” x 4” piece of granite with a microchip embedded inside that allows for any NFC (Near Field Communication, short-range high frequency wireless) enabled cell phone to receive information that has been uploaded to the tablet. The tablets can store graphics and text and are transmitted to a cell phone when held up to the stone. Up to six “Life Symbols” can be engraved to a stone; the symbols consist of little graphics that denote a person’s marital status, profession, country of birth, hobbies, and religious beliefs.
It could be to neat to see how these tablets work. But for now, I think I will just stick to leaving my impression on the world while I am still on it!
