The ROOST Apartment Hotel can be likened to a cross between an Airbnb and a boutique hotel. It has the homeyness of the former with the structure of the latter. Not to mention that it accommodates long-term stays for those enjoying an extended visit in in Philadelphia’s Midtown.
Designed by Morris Adjmi Architects, the ROOST Apartment Hotel is made up of 27 fully-furnished apartments, all finished with a clean, modern look that is still full of personality and life. Design Milk writes, "The loft-like, airy spaces feature cozy furnishings, like antique Turkmen carpets, carefully curated art, and mostly mid-century modern pieces." With these details and more, the ROOST Apartment Hotel might have a hard time getting rid of guests all together.
