The Roku streaming stick is a WiFi-enabled dongle that is able to plug into your televisions HDMI port. It will allow you to stream HD content via Roku's library of multiple apps. The Roku streaming stick is very simple. You simply plug it into your TV and you can start steaming.

It doesn't matter whether the apps are within Roku or through casting content from Netflix or even YouTube, it will all play straight from the stick. The Roku streaming stick does not come with a microSD support or a super fast processor, it does however come with dual-band wireless to offer high performance.

The Roku streaming stick is launching in April and it will cost practically the same as the Roku 1.
