Cabot announced Cabot Wilds, a 2,500-acre golf resort and residential destination being developed with the Bragg family in Collingwood Corner, Nova Scotia. Set to open in late 2027, the property will feature a riverfront 18-hole course designed by Jeff Mingay and master planning by Hart Howerton. It will also participate in Audubon International’s Platinum Signature Sanctuary certification program.
Amenities will include a clubhouse with indoor-outdoor dining, private dining, a pro shop, wellness facilities and thermal therapies. Residential offerings range from two-, four- and eight-bedroom cottages to lots overlooking the golf course, river or hills. Outdoor programming will draw on the River Philip, blueberry fields and maple forests through hiking, mountain biking, salmon fishing, skiing and other winter activities.
Cabot Wilds reflects luxury golf resorts expanding into year-round residential and experience-led destinations. Combining real estate, dining, wellness and seasonal recreation gives Cabot revenue opportunities beyond golf while extending its Nova Scotia presence into an inland market and reinforcing its conservation positioning.
