Vivascious Retro Editorials

Alina Lakitsch Photographed Teresa Cobo for C-Heads

Photographer Alinka Lakitsch and model Teresa Cobo spent a weekend holed away in a Madrid motel to create this retro editorial for C-Heads.

The chemistry between photographer and subject is palpable, making it obvious that this is not their first meeting. In fact, the duo met some time ago, experiencing an instant connection (some might call it kismet), that led to Cobo becoming one of Lakitsch's muses.

Under Lakitsch's direction, Cobo tries on many different "looks," from old Hollywood bombshell Sophia Loren, to the fictional, but much espoused, Lolita. The behind-the-scenes team consisted of fashion stylist Paola Colón García-Cebada, makeup and hair stylist Nailistas and photo assistant Israel Cascon. Against the backdrop of the quirky motel, the editorial truly comes to life.
