Taco Bell introduced a six-drink Refrescas lineup nationwide, featuring Aqua Refrescas blended with green tea and freeze-dried fruit pieces. The release is part of the brand’s long-term beverage strategy as it aims to reach $5 billion in beverage sales by 2030 and expands its broader specialty beverage offerings.
The Refrescas assortment includes three Aqua Refrescas in Strawberry Passionfruit, Dragonfruit Berry and Mango Peach. Two Rockstar Energy Refrescas are available in Pineapple Lime and Tropical Punch, with each containing 200 mg of caffeine. A Refresca Freeze is also offered in Strawberry Lime and features freeze-dried fruit pieces.
Taco Bell says the lineup targets younger consumers seeking refreshing drinks for energy or a sweet treat throughout the day. The beverages support the brand’s push to become a broader beverage destination by adding fruit-forward, caffeinated and frozen options that extend its menu beyond traditional fountain drinks.
