Halsey's about-face is preparing to introduce its latest drop, Fractal, and it's all about highly reflective glitter makeup formulas with futuristic packaging. A standout from the collection is the Fractal Glitter Lip Color, which comes in a unique pouch with an applicator. The shimmering liquid lipstick creates high-impact looks with shades like periwinkle Visions, hot pink Sudden Shift and deep purple Magdalene. Thanks to their formulas, the products can be used to achieve the desired level of sparkle with a light dusting or generous layering.
