There is a Disney appeal to the Reem Acra Pre-Fall 2014 collection that has much to do with the vibrant jewel-toned hues used throughout. As though channeling all of the different fairy tale princesses that the mass media company has tackled throughout the years, each one has a unique personality that nevertheless fits into a whole.
Of course, this 'whole' is entirely inspired by the Lebonese designer's past creations. The Reem Acra Pre-Fall 2014 collection reinterprets and hones her signature pieces, focusing specifically on cocktail attire. From full-length gowns to shorter dresses, the designs are ultra feminine with embellishments including lace, gems and more. "A dress for every occasion," claims Acra, the glamorously elegant gowns may be fit for princesses, but they can also be worn by more ordinary folk.
