The Rear Wing Chair by Keon-Jo Debuts at Monaco Grand Prix

The Rear Wing Chair is a full carbon fibre seating object designed by Keon-Jo, translating the geometry of a Formula 1 rear wing directly into a functional chair without modification to the aerodynamic profile, curvature, or surface treatment. The woven carbon fibre weave is left exposed across all surfaces.

The chair measures 1,200 by 760 by 670 millimetres and is the studio's second physical object, following the Front Wing Wall Art, a wall-mounted sculptural piece built from F1 front wing geometry. Both works apply the same methodology: taking components from motorsport engineering and converting them into objects for domestic use.

The Rear Wing Chair debuts during Monaco Grand Prix weekend, running June 6 to 8, 2026. Keon-Jo is a design studio focused on translating the precision engineering of Formula 1 components into furniture and objects for the home.
