Wünder Creamery produces a nutrient-rich "superdairy" product called quark that it describes as a "non-tart yogurt meets rich crème fraîche." Although quark is a staple across Europe and much of Asia, it is new to North America and Wünder Creamery hopes to introduce it to consumers in an appealing way.
Quark is a dairy product that is high in protein and probiotics, while also being low in sugar, making it a better-for-you alternative to many other options on the market. The grass-fed quark from Wünder Creamery is offered in superfood flavors like Matcha, as well as Raspberry, Vanilla Bean Coconut, Blueberry and a Plain variety for purists. These 5.3-ounce cups are set to be available through select retailers as of the spring of this year.
