This BAFTA-winning game is a puzzle adventure that incorporates stunning handmade crafts. A finalist in the Games for Change Festival's most innovative of 2016 award, Lumino City is wholly handcrafted with paper, motors, miniature lights and card.
Lumino City is a 10 foot high paper town that serves as the setting for protagonist Lumi as she searches for her kidnapped Grandad. As Lumi, players can "explore the unusual dwellings beyond the city gates and find out more about her Grandad's intriguing life along the way," and learn there is often more to the story than what first appears.
The puzzle adventure is not just an engaging video game; it beautifully combines the digital sphere with analog crafts and more traditional artwork.
